About Dhanush.
I'm an engineer in Sydney. My background spans infrastructure operations, identity and endpoints. I'm building deeper into Linux, Kubernetes and platform work.
The work so far
I moved from end-user services into an Infrastructure Operations Engineer role. My experience includes Entra ID and IAM operations, Conditional Access, Microsoft 365, Intune and hybrid AD support.
I also work with Defender and CrowdStrike triage, incident response and Cloudflare Zero Trust administration. My projects are where I build, test and document platform and AI infrastructure work.
How I approach engineering
- Boring and recoverable over clever. A system needs a way back when something goes wrong.
- Human review over silent mutation. Show the change before asking someone to trust it.
- Automation must be explainable and reversible. Understand the steps before hiding them behind a command.
